تعلن المنظمة الوطنية الجنوبية لمكافحة الفساد عن تضامنها الكامل مع رئيسها الأستاذ معين المقرحي جراء ما يتعرض له من استهداف ممنهج يهدف إلى عرقلة دوره في فضح الفساد وملاحقة الفاسدين.
وإذ تؤكد المنظمة أن هذه المحاولات لن تثنيها عن مواصلة رسالتها الوطنية، فإنها تجدد وقوفها الثابت إلى جانب الشعب الجنوبي في معركته ضد الفساد والفاسدين.
وعليه، فإن المنظمة تناشد الجهات التالية:
مجلس القضاء الأعلى والنائب العام ورئاسة الدولة والحكومة بسرعة اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لحماية رئيس المنظمة، وتشكيل لجنة عليا لتقصي الحقائق وفتح تحقيق شامل وشفاف في كل ملفات الفساد التي كشف عنها، وكذلك سرعة الفصل في القضايا المرفوعة سابقًا من قبل المنظمة.
المجلس الانتقالي الجنوبي بصفته الحامل السياسي لقضية شعب الجنوب، بضرورة القيام بدوره الوطني في حماية نشطاء مكافحة الفساد ودعم جهودهم ومساندة حق الشعب في العدالة والمساءلة.
الجهات الحكومية والمجتمعية المختصة بمكافحة الفساد للقيام بواجبها وتحمل مسؤولياتها الوطنية.
منظمات المجتمع المدني والإعلام الحر والرأي العام إلى مساندة جهود مكافحة الفساد والضغط باتجاه تحقيق العدالة.
الجهات والهيئات الدولية المعنية بمكافحة الفساد وحقوق الإنسان إلى متابعة هذه القضايا وتقديم الدعم اللازم لضمان حماية نشطاء مكافحة الفساد في الجنوب.
وتؤكد المنظمة أن معركتها ضد الفساد هي معركة الشعب بأسره، وأن إرادة الجنوبيين ستظل أقوى من كل المؤامرات، حتى تتحقق العدالة ويُحاسب كل من عبث بحقوق الوطن ومقدراته.

Statement of Solidarity and Appeal
The Southern National Organization for Combating Corruption declares its full solidarity with its President, Mr. Moeen Al-Maqrahi, in light of the systematic targeting he is facing, which aims to obstruct his role in exposing corruption and pursuing the corrupt.
The Organization affirms that these attempts will not deter it from continuing its national mission, and it reiterates its steadfast commitment to stand by the people of the South in their struggle against corruption and the corrupt.
Accordingly, the Organization appeals to the following:
The Supreme Judicial Council, the Attorney General, the Presidency, and the Government to promptly take the necessary measures to protect the President of the Organization, establish a high-l

evel fact-finding committee, and open a comprehensive and transparent investigation into all corruption cases that have been exposed, as well as expedite rulings on the cases previously filed by the Organization.
The Southern Transitional Council, as the political representative of the Southern cause, to fulfill its national duty in protecting anti-corruption activists, supporting their efforts, and defending the people’s right to justice and accountability.
Relevant governmental and community bodies responsible for combating corruption to carry out their duties and assume their national responsibilities.
Civil society organizations, free media, and public opinion to support anti-corruption efforts and exert pressure toward achieving justice.
International bodies and organizations concerned with combating corruption and human rights to follow up on these cases and provide the necessary support to ensure the protection of anti-corruption activists in the South.
The Organization stresses that its battle against corruption is the battle of the entire people, and that the will of Southerners will remain stronger than all conspiracies, until justice is achieved and all those who tampered with the rights and resources of the homeland are held accountable.
